1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of Advanced GRC, Inc. (“Advanced GRC,” “AGRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.advancedgrc.com and any other online properties that link to these Terms (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“User” or “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.

2. Our Products Are Governed Separately

These Terms govern the Site only. Your organization’s use of our software products and services — including ALiS, Resolve, and FDS, and any hosted or software-as-a-service offering — is governed by the separate written agreement between Advanced GRC and the customer, not by these Terms. Nothing on the Site modifies that agreement.

3. Changes to the Site; Access and Monitoring

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also monitor use of the Site and terminate or restrict your access at any time, for any reason, to protect the Site or enforce these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Advanced GRC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No material from the Site may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws and result in civil or criminal liability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
